I love creating take out recipes at home. It gives you the chance to add your own ingredients and make it your own. Here’s my version of Vegetable Lo Mein.

Ingredients
½ tablespoon of olive oil
1 lb. Spaghetti cooked according to the package directions
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. ground ginger
2 ½ Tbs of garlic powder
1 cup of water
COOKING DIRECTIONS
- Set stove to medium high heat.
- In a 5-quart stockpot add olive oil to cover the bottom of the pot.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the pot.
- Add ½ cup of water, soy sauce, ground ginger and garlic powder to the pot, stir to incorporate with the other ingredients.
- Add vegetables and the other ½ cup of water to steam vegetables.
- Stir to incorporate ingredients.
- Cover pot and lower heat to medium low.
- Cook ingredients for ten to fifteen minutes until veggies are cooked through.
- Serve.
