This is a quick and easy recipe that’s very healthy as well. It was one of the first recipes I attempted to cook when I was younger, and I’m thrilled to share it here with you. There are also many different side dishes you can pair it with, and I share two ideas below.

Ingredients:
1 lb. salmon filet deboned
⅓ cup olive oil
1 ½ Tbs. onion powder
2 Tbs. garlic powder
2 ½ Tbs. lemon pepper seasoning
⅓ – ¼ cup of lemon juice or 3-4 lemon slices
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375° degrees
Place the salmon filet in a glass baking dish
Debone the salmon if necessary using a fork to remove the scales
Create some small holes in the salmon using a fork
Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon
Sprinkle the onion powder over the salmon
Sprinkle the garlic powder over the salmon
Sprinkle the lemon pepper over the salmon
Place the salmon in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes
Serve the salmon with your favorite side dish such as mashed potatoes and green beans.
Cooking Note:
You can either use lemon juice or 3-4 slices of fresh lemon and place each slice on top of the salmon going down the salmon before placing it in the oven to bake.
